Daily Brunch for the green season at 7th Floor

Phuket’s love affair with the green season may puzzle tourists, but for those from the Mediterranean or the south of France, it makes perfect sense. Many locals in seaside destinations cherish the off-season months as time to slow down, reset, and enjoy life at a gentler pace.

The new menu at 7th Floor is designed with this rhythm in mind. It’s for those who want to sleep in and still savor every part of the day, rain or shine. And on the seventh floor, it’s always cozy.

Chef Maxim crafted the Daily Brunch as a relaxed, everyday indulgence – a counterpoint to the extravagant Sunday feasts at Bang Tao beach clubs. The quite joy starts at 10am and lingers until 4pm with no clear line between breakfast and lunch on this menu.

A must-try for the gentlemen: the Reuben sandwich, possibly the manliest sandwich on Earth, made with rye bread, beef, sauerkraut, and a bold mustard sauce. For those craving something lighter, there’s a salmon sandwich with avocado and cream cheese. The salmon, cured in-house, is simply exceptional.

Prefer to build your own masterpiece? Head over to the sandwich constructor, where you can mix and match six types of bread and nearly thirty toppings, includeing seven cheeses.

The latest addition to the egg menu brings a Turkish/Balkan twist to the classic Benedict. This poached egg variation swaps out the traditional Hollandaise for a delicate yogurt sauce and comes with a crisp flatbread instead of brioche. It’s lighter, tangier, and simply divine.

If you’re in for a proper lunch, treat yourself to a classic pumpkin or mushroom cream soup which are always comforting. For something unique, try a refreshing cucumber gazpacho with coconut milk and lime.

By the way, any soup plus sandwich combo qualifies for a discount, making it even more tempting. The freshly pressed juices are part of the deal too, and they’re done right at 7th Floor. For a wake-up kick, go for the ginger and lime.

Every meal at 7th Floor comes with a bonus: a sea view and a gentle breeze. To this day, it remains the only high-floor restaurant in all of Bang Tao!

During daytime, 7th Floor stays focused on elegant dining and lunch-hour business meetings. In the evening, the vibe shifts – with a vibrant lineup of events ranging from live jazz by Siam Jazz Cats to piano and saxophone nights, and acoustic sunset sessions.

Live music at 7th Floor isn’t just entertainment: it’s the heartbeat of their space, bringing people together to share conversations, smiles, and nights to remember.

“Every night we have live music – not playlists, not background noise. At 7th Floor, we chose the harder path: giving the stage to real musicians, every day of the week. Because live music isn’t just entertainment: it’s connection, it’s culture, it’s the deep meaning of authentic socializing,” the restaurant says.

“In a world where algorithms and digital feeds shape what we hear, we stand for the analog, the human, the unforgettable. Supporting artists is our way to keep music alive, meaningful, and shared,” 7th Floor explains.
