I loved the idea of creating a place for living, different from the surroundings. That’s how our Oasis was born,” Dmitry says.

The development will feature 26 two-story villas, each with four bedrooms, private pools, and meticulously designed outdoor spaces. Dmitry and his wife, Nadezhda, are pouring their years of Phuket living into the project, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Offered in the “Absolute” package, the villas will come fully equipped with all appliances and household essentials, including even tableware.

“This level of detail and precision is something we’ve never achieved before, even with 17 years of experience,” admits Nadezhda.
