A sustainable future through unique designs by Oracle Architects
When you have an iconic land plot, only a master architect will suffice to bring your vision to life. A prime example of such a match is The Sis Kata, a hotel that elevates the natural beauty of its surroundings. The design studio behind this project is Oracle Architect.
In fact, you’d be surprised by how many of Phuket’s most striking properties they’ve crafted. The Kee Resort & Spa, Kalima Resort, HOMA Phuket Town, Sunshine Beach Layan, and Trichada Villas – you name it.
Founded in 2007, Oracle has always championed creativity and innovation. This one-of-a-kind team of architects and engineers has made waves from Australia to Norway, but Phuket holds a special place in their hearts. After all, it’s Oracle’s home.
“Our mindset is to make every project the best. Our goal isn’t just to deliver drawings, but to ensure the client’s dream becomes a reality. We focus on creating new, innovative products in the market rather than duplicating what’s been done before.”
“We’ve been running the business for almost 20 years from Phuket, and Khun Tik [Kridsada Inkhamnoi] has been my friend since university. It all started when we both graduated and began building a portfolio from scratch,” says Oracle’s co-founder Niwat Kongkarn.
“Our mindset is to make every project the best. Our goal isn’t just to deliver drawings, but to ensure the client’s dream becomes a reality. We focus on creating new, innovative products in the market rather than duplicating what’s been done before,” he adds.
Aiming for excellence is a cornerstone of Oracle’s vision, along with innovation and consistent quality. The Asia Property Awards for Botanica Foresta and the Urban Land Institute APAC Award for HOMA Phuket Town speak for themselves, while the Thailand Energy Award for Cho Fah Residence highlights Oracle’s commitment to sustainability.
“Every project has multiple angles. Of course, everyone wants their property to look beautiful, but beyond aesthetics, it also needs to function well. Customers aren’t just paying for a building to look good,” Niwat explains.
A prime example of this approach is HOMA, the team’s most recent success, which is now widely discussed among designers, architects, developers, and investors.
“We have a project we’re proud to talk about, and that project is HOMA,” says Niwat, explaining why he and his team are constantly traveling from one property event to another.
“Something extraordinary is on the horizon,” Oracle recently teased on Facebook, alongside a picture of the Sole Mio Residences project. But that’s a story for another day.
